This Training Course trains and exchanges methods of non-formal education with a focus on health promotion and prevention. The philosophy is to “do” health, which means to live accordingly and to experience it also during the training. The course is run by experts from the field with active involvement of the participants' expertise.

We will deepen methods around the topics:

• stress management and well-being
• food and eating culture
• social skills
• body awareness and sexuality
• physical activity

The method of the training course will also be, of course, non-formal education and learning in individual and group work, taking in consideration participants needs.
